Catching up with MS INVADER

How long have we known each other for now?
Over 17 years
What have you been doing?
Skating, graduated from Design School, joined a local hiphop
group and started up a clothing store named "Kinky". Now I am
in a new hip hop band named "Du Jada" represented by Sony
Music, have the clothing label "MS Invader" and some other
things I can't say right now, hahaha...
How did MS Invader start? Was it always a clothing company or
did it start as something else before?
It started with the Kinky brand seven years ago, and 4 years
ago the MS Invader line was concieved.  MS stands for
Muttamara Sivagorn, which is me. Invader stands for me being
ready to break into the market my way, my style, my rules.
What kind of changes in fashion have you seen in Bangkok in the
last 15 years?
Fashion is fashion, before thai people had narrow fashion
styles, but in the last 4 to 5 years many styles happen and
kids are following.  Some styles are growing rapidly, for
instance skateboard style and punk style.
I am very excited to work with you this season, our cut-n-sew
collaboration is really something I think people will like.
I am so excited also, because we like it, there will be others
who like it too.  But different people like things for
different design aspects, this project is so cool.  I don't want
to say it is a job, it is more of a friendship and reminds me of
old times.
Big Ups to you Nat! Holding it down with a swagger and style like
no other!
